A popular New York City burger chain is planning to open a new restaurant in Downtown Westfield. Bareburger, which already operates New Jersey locations in Montclair, Hoboken and Ridgewood, will occupy a portion of the empty Coldwater Creek space on Central Avenue.
“They will be a fantastic addition to town and will enliven a space that has been vacant for too long,” said Westfield Mayor Shelley Brindle.
Bareburger will have a liquor license and is planning rooftop dining when its opens next year, according to the Mayor.
