The baked goods at Cranford’s Cake Artist are too pretty to eat…well, almost!
The edible works of art can be viewed (and devoured) at their new location on Eastman Street in Downtown Cranford (right next door to Cory Matthews). They recently made the move (with their sister business Dinner in a Pinch) from their South Avenue spot in Cranford Crossing, officially opening their doors with a day-long celebration on April 12.
The new spot is larger and will serve breakfast and lunch.
“A HUGE thank you to all our friends/customers who came out today to celebrate our new bigger [and] better venture,” posted the shop’s devoted owners on its Facebook page.
Customers especially love the shop for its friendly service and custom creations.
“I love this place. We had three cakes done with them already,” commented Ana W. on Yelp. “I’ve also tried their pastries and sandwiches, it’s all fantastic.”
“Love, love, love! I’ve ordered a few cakes from Cake Artist and am never disappointed,” reported Melissa P. on Yelp.
The new location was formerly occupied by the Buttery Bake Shoppe.
