Chef Eric LeVine’s New Venture Takes Him Away from Clark

Clark’s loss is Randolph, New Jersey’s gain, as celebrity Chef Eric LeVine moves on from his tenure at Paragon Tap and Table, a craft restaurant he helped establish on Central Avenue in 2014. His new place is Mr. Crabby’s Craft Kitchen + Bar, where he serves officially as executive chef, and unofficially as a budding hydroponic gardener.

And while Paragon is still producing exciting entrees and serving-up one of the area’s best beer menus since LeVine’s departure last Summer, it’s a bummer to lose a James Beard nominated Chef who won Food Network’s coveted “Chopped” championship.

In a 2017 interview with Westfield Area, LeVine said Clark was a perfect location for Paragon since it was right off the Garden State Parkway and near so many thriving communities.
