Up Close and Personal with Darby Road’s Mac N Cheese Burger

Suburban Eats has a great Instagram page- @suburbaneats - often sprinkled with loads of snaps from local eateries. On a trip to Darby Road Pub in October, they shared an “up close and personal shot” of the “Mac N Cheese” burger.

The 10 oz. burger uses caramelized macaroni and cheese patties in lieu of bread. But wait, there’s more-mozzarella and bacon make the menu item even that much more decadent.

Celebrating it’s 5th anniversary in town, Darby Road Pub is located at 450 Park Avenue in Downtown Scotch Plains. And, a fun bit of trivia for ya; Park Avenue was formerly known as Darby Road, hence the name of the pub. The road was named after a local resident and philanthropist, William Darby.
