That’s apparently the secret ingredient for the flavorful Neapolitan-Style pizzas at Fiamma in Downtown Westfield, according to nj.com.
The Quimby Street restaurant was included in the website’s list of “18 Best NJ Pizzerias You’ve Probably Never Heard Of.”
Fiamma also has locations in Millburn, Montclair and Morristown.
