A classic French Pastry shop has opened on Eastman Street in Downtown Cranford that specializes in all sorts of authentic pastries, including decadent chocolate eclairs. Delice Macaron also offers custom cakes, coffee and a slew of other goodies.
The chef at the helm grew up in France and said he is passionate about creating sinfully delicious creations that one would find on a trip to Paris.
“I became a pastry chef because I love making people happy. It’s wonderful to see their smiles after taking a bite of one of our pastries,” said Pierre Chahine in a recent interview with the Downtown Business and Economic Development Office. “I have a true passion for pastry and I’m so happy to share that with the community.”
