Established in 1950, the stalwart Greek Store on the Boulevard in Kenilworth has earned a coveted nomination for the 2018 Garden State Culinary Arts Award’s Best Food Market.
The Greek Store was given the nod because it is an established, independently owned, retail food market that demonstrates a high level of quality in goods offered, service to its customers and devotion to its community, according to the Garden State Culinary Arts Foundation, the newly formed non-profit that owns and oversees the awards program.
The Greek Store and its owners, the Diamandas family, are no stranger to accolades, regularly landing on “best” lists time and again.
The 2018 Garden State Culinary Arts Award winners will be announced at a gala ceremony and reception in April.
