The new Asian/BBQ fusion Lab takeout restaurant spearheaded by the wildly popular Mad Scientist of Kenilworth is getting closer to its grand opening inside the former Charlie’s Italian Hot Dogs location on Michigan Avenue.
“It’s been a long past couple days but the kitchen is starting to come together in The Lab! Can’t wait to start experimenting with menu items!” posted the Mad Scientist on Instagram.
The Mad Scientist announced he was opening up a brick and mortar location to build upon his successful food truck business in May.
