New Chef and Owner at the Helm at Westfield’s Venerable Chez Catherine


Chef Christine Migton now rules the roost at Chez Catherine, one of the states most celebrated culinary establishments. Chef Migton is no stranger to the Downtown Westfield gem, where she served as an apprentice and later was sous chef.

Chez Catherine underwent renovations in early Spring under the watchful eye of its new owner (and former maître d’hôtel) Stéphane Bocket.

Chez Catherine has been dishing out classic French cuisine since 1979.
