Oh What Drama! Performing Arts Studio Hones Creative Skills in Scotch Plains

Recently opened Theatrical Artist’s Prep on Park Avenue in Downtown has locals buzzing about its unique services.

The establishment, owned and operated by Samantha Hahn-Simpson, is a full service studio, designed to train, coach and assist performers. They offer a variety of classes in acting, dance (including Tap) and voice. Highly experienced faculty lead classes for all age groups, including adults, according to their website.

The studio urges locals to learn about the programs they offer.

“Stop in an say hi next time you’re strolling down Park Avenue,” they posted on Instagram.

Hahn-Simpson’s past choreography credits include: Westfield High School, Surflight Theatre, Plays in The Park and the New Jersey Light Opera.

“We believe that a performer’s job is to continuously train, learn, grow and evolve,” said Hahn-Simpson.

The shop opened in November.
