Starting out in Kearny, Dan and Katie Misuraca, the owners of Red White & Que Smokehouse opened their second location in Scotch Plains this past Winter.
After success at both locations, the BBQ joint expanded further into the State with multiple locations popping-up, including Randolph, Barnegat and Manahawakin. And, more are scheduled to open in the future!
Thrillest bestowed the title of Best BBQ in the state to Red White & Que in a nationwide barbecue review.
The Scotch Plains location near Bowcraft was formerly home to the Kottu Hut.
