Times are changin on Centennial Avenue in Cranford.

A Toute Heure (ATH), an early adapter to the farm-to-table movement, has been sold by its local owners Andrea and Jim Carbine. The couple had run the cozy, critically acclaimed eatery for a decade. In a post on Facebook, they said they are proud of what they accomplished.

“And, we are excited for you to meet the new owners, Nathally and Marco Florio. A wonderful couple who have embraced our dream, our team, and our community—who have all of the enthusiasm we had and who are ready to write the next chapter in the Toute’s story.

The Carbines also sold 100 Steps Supper Club + Raw Bar earlier this year. That restaurant, the Carbine’s second, opened in 2014.
