Food Network alum and local favorite, Chef Eric LeVine of Paragon Tap & Table has another reason to be proud of his crew in Clark. NJ.com included the restaurant’s wings on its state’s best list, giving honorable mention to its Voodoo and Ghost Pepper varieties.
“Great job team on top wings in New Jersey!” posted Paragon on social media.
NJ.com said the wings and craft beer selection at Paragon are spot on, but warned the spicy Ghost Pepper wings are not for the faint of heart.
Paragon Tap & Table opened on Central Avenue in 2014.
“Having the success of our first place, Morris Tap and Grill in Randolph, NJ, we felt the time had come to expand our brand, and this location was perfect, right of the Parkway and surrounded by so many thriving communities,” Chef Levine told Westfield Area in the 2017 Local Dish Issue.
