The owners who brought Downtown Westfield its only Indian eatery have set their sights on a different cuisine as they open their second establishment in town.
Simran and Kanika Vij-Bakshi have announced they will open L’AVASH Mediterranean Grill on Quimby Street in the original location of their stylish Spice Bazaar restaurant.
“We hope to keep satisfying everyone’s taste buds and look forward to getting all the support that we can at our new venture,” said Simran. “We hope to see everyone there!”
The owners say Spice Bazaar simply outgrew the smaller Quimby Street location, prompting their move to Elm Street earlier this year.
L’AVASH is expected to open this Fall.
