It’s been a local storefront dedicated to selling shoes of all sizes and styles since the 1950s. But, when you step inside 82 Elm Street in Downtown, while it’s still a destination for footwear, it’s now under new ownership and flying under the newly rebranded name, Best Foot Forward Westfield.
“After decades of working in retail, I’m now stepping up to honor my grandfather’s legacy and opening my own shoe store,” explained Chris Bagli, the owner. “My grandfather Charles V. Badagliacca opened a shoe-making and repair store in Paterson, NJ, in 1895.”
Bagli says her new independent venture will focus on offering personalized attention and high quality merchandise.
“We are committed to bringing shoe-fitting back to its roots,” added Bagli, “We offer high quality, hand sewn, comfortable shoes featuring today’s hottest styles for men, women and children.”
Best Foot Forward Westfield takes the place of Randal’s Shoes.
